The story begins
- Ensuring proper bookkeeping in compliance with legal regulations
- Reviewing and reconciling credit card statements
- Setting up and managing employees in the travel expense tool
- Carefully reviewing and approving travel expenses, followed by uploading them into the ERP system
- Organizing and maintaining the archive of verified travel expense receipts
- Communicating with employees regarding missing documents
- Regular maintenance and optimization of the travel expense tool
