The story begins
As a Product Manager for Outdoor Technical Apparel, you will accompany the entire product creation process – from the initial idea to market launch and performance monitoring. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and align with corporate goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Support in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analyses, customer insights, and corporate goals. Work closely with Merchandising to design a range that meets customer needs while achieving corporate objectives. Full product lifecycle management from concept development to launch. Continuous evaluation and adjustment of the product roadmap.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with the teams from Merchandising, Design, Development, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product creation and launch. Communicate product goals, timelines, and requirements across teams.
  • Customer Insights & Market Research: Collaborate with Marketing to gather customer feedback, surveys, and tests. Analyze market trends, competitor products, and new technologies to identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with Merchandising and Sales on product placement and segmentation.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track product performance using KPIs such as sell-in, sell-through, and sales growth. Analyze data for continuous product improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement & Iteration: Identify innovation opportunities based on customer feedback and market research. Evolve and iterate products to improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on product development, timelines, and performance to management and other stakeholders.
Your proven path
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or other advanced certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field, ideally within the outdoor industry.
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  • Strong product management skills, with the ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, requirements, target usage, and consumer.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Centric) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of product management processes and the ability to work effectively with merchandising, design, and development teams.
  • Understanding of technical fabrications.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and manage competing priorities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent user experiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on execution and results.
