Is it time for a change? If so, then we are looking for you to join our Import Operations department as Transport Specialist (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Idstein as soon as possible.
Set off with us!
- Professional management of transports, taking costs and quality into account
- Preparation of all documents required for order processing
- Customer service / interface function, in particular between purchasing, sales, logistics service providers and warehouse
- Document control and processing of receivables and payables with service providers and authorities. If necessary, initiation of corrective measures (invoices, customs documents)
- Clarifying transport damage and initiating recourse- Collaboration on projects and the continuous improvement of processes
- Preparation, implementation and monitoring of customs procedures
- Assisting with activities in connection with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Supporting/executing freight tenders
- Monitoring the service quality of our logistics service providers
Your DNA for Jack Wolfskin:
- Management assistant for forwarding & logistics services with a degree or comparable professional experience
- Approx. 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications
- Confident handling of SAP
- Confident handling of the software used in the department
- Very good written and spoken English
- Reliable, cooperative, independent, proactive way of working
