We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Wholesale Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing plans for key wholesale accounts. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our brand across various wholesale channels by creating tailored marketing strategies that align with the unique needs of our wholesale partners and the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale marketing, with experience in budget management, cross-departmental collaboration, and an understanding of European markets.
The story begins
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for key wholesale accounts, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and sales goals
  • Customize marketing initiatives to meet the specific needs of each wholesale partner, optimizing for market trends, consumer behavior, and partner capabilities
  • Work closely with Sales, Merchandising, and eCommerce teams to ensure that marketing strategies are integrated and support broader business objectives
  • Coordinate with the eCommerce team to ensure a seamless integration of wholesale and online marketing initiatives
  • Track and report on marketing spend, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensure that country-specific strategies and market dynamics are considered when developing account marketing plans
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including insights on sales impact, customer engagement, and market penetration
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that wholesale partners are aligned with brand values and standards
  • Provide partners with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively promote our brand
  • Stay informed on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to ensure that marketing strategies are relevant and effective
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for growth within the wholesale channel
Your proven path
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in wholesale, retail or brand marketing, with a strong background in developing and executing account-specific marketing plans
  • Proven experience in budget management and cross-departmental collaboration
  • Strong understanding of international markets and the ability to develop country-specific strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for driving business growth
